Position: researcher to write a Training Guide on Human Rights Instruments in EU-South Mediterranean relations.
Profile: extensive knowledge of Euro-Mediterranean relations, especially the human rights mechanisms of the European Neigbourhood Policy; extensive knowledge of the EU decision making process and experience in human rights advocacy at EU level.
Languages: excellent analytical, synthesis and English or French writing skills.
Where: not specified. The work will be carried out under the coordination and supervision of the EMHRN Brussels office.
When: deliver a first draft of the report by 15th of November; second draft by 15th of December; and final copy by 15th of January 2012.
Pay: a fee of 7000 euros is available for the researcher. The EMHRN will conclude an agreement with the researcher and pay the fee in compliance with existing organizational guidelines and within a global budget to be specified in the contract.
